About the Role

As an Advanced Social Services Worker, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality services to children, young people, and their families. You will be responsible for managing complex caseloads, providing expert knowledge and guidance to colleagues, and contributing to the improvement of outcomes for children and families.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have significant post-qualification experience (3+ years) in children's services, with a proven ability to handle complex and high-risk cases. You will also need to have a thorough understanding of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures, as well as excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

We offer a competitive salary of up to £42 per hour ltd, based on experience, and a 35-hour week hybrid working model with 3 days in Liverpool City region per week. Our team is supportive and permanent, and we provide regular supervision, ICT Kit and support, and opportunities for professional development.
