Customer Retention Specialist

RAC Motoring Services has an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Risk Management Lead to join our Consumer Trading team on a permanent basis.
This role is a hybrid of office and remote work, with 2 days spent at our Bradley Stoke office and 3 days working from home.
The successful candidate will support the business in delivering commercial goals, driving initiatives to capture opportunities while mitigating risks.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer retention;
- Maintaining a thorough understanding of market trends and competitor activity;
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives;
We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you can expect a range of benefits, including:
