Talent Acquisition Strategist for Clinical and Non-Clinical Recruitment

The Hospital of St John & St Elizabeth is seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Strategist to lead our clinical and non-clinical recruitment efforts.
About the Role
This exciting opportunity involves designing and delivering effective attraction campaigns, managing recruitment events, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to reduce vacancies across the hospital.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to drive down vacancies and increase applications and job offers.
- Work closely with hiring managers to identify multiple work streams for candidate attraction and select the most effective platforms for maximum impact.
- Support recruitment coordinators by providing guidance and monitoring metrics for improvement.
- Collaborate with the Hospital Marketing team to produce cost-effective social media campaigns and online presence.
- Champion the use of automated recruitment systems to maximize benefits and ensure seamless candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate recruitment logs in accordance with policy and procedures.
- Prepare ad-hoc reports as required by the business.
- Build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to foster confidence and trust in the resourcing and retention function.
- Ensure timely communication with candidates and hiring managers regarding interview documentation.
Your Qualifications
- Graduate or equivalent experience in HR or a related field.
- Substantial experience in designing and delivering attraction campaigns, assessment centers, and recruitment events.
- Proven track record of managing recruitment campaigns and working to strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent marketing and social media skills, including experience with IT systems and automation for efficiencies.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for improving systems, processes, and service delivery.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and ability to provide workable solutions to various stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities, ongoing support, and training.
