About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CCTV Operations Manager to join our team at ABM. As a CCTV Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our CCTV control room, monitoring and responding to incidents, and providing excellent customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor CCTV cameras and associated equipment in the control room.
  • Respond to incidents and take ownership of the situation through to its natural conclusion.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors to the site.
  • Work closely with the Soft Service Manager and Security Shift Supervisor to ensure the necessary security audits are undertaken and any non-compliance highlighted and managed to completion.
  • Manage excellent relationships with our clients, suppliers, and other partners.
  • Interact with all visitors and tenants within the shopping centre, delivering first-class customer-focused service.
  • Aid third-party contractors/visitors ensuring all site procedures and policies are adhered to.

Requirements

  • A valid SIA Public Space Surveillance (CCTV) licence.
  • CCTV/Security control room experience.
  • Strong IT ability – including Excel, Word, Outlook.
  • Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of local area.
  • Excellent levels of customer service always.
  • Demonstrated ability to think and act quickly in emergencies or under pressure.
  • Good organisational skills, flexibility, and reliability.
  • Be fully aware of current CCTV policies and data protection requirements.
