About the Role

This SEN tutoring role in Wokingham offers the opportunity to work with children who require additional support due to Special Educational Needs.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of helping SEN children who are struggling or not in mainstream education, with a strong focus on Core Primary Series knowledge.

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of students and helping them achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to support students with SEN
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other professionals to ensure students receive comprehensive support
  • Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment that enables students to reach their academic potential.

Qualifications and Experience
  • At least 2 years of experience working in the UK
  • Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) or Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Significant experience working with children with SEN

We expect the salary for this position to be around £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience.
