Fleet Tutors is a leading provider of alternative and supplementary education, seeking an experienced Academic Mentor to support learners with diverse needs across the UK.
About the Role:
- We are looking for a passionate and committed individual to join our team as an Academic Mentor. As a key member, you will work closely with students, parents, and schools to deliver high-quality tuition services.
- Your primary responsibility will be to design and implement personalized lesson plans tailored to each learner's unique requirements, fostering academic growth and confidence.
- You will also maintain accurate records of student progress, collaborate with teachers and parents to ensure seamless communication, and provide constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
- Our ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, patience, and a passion for working with children who present with Special Educational Needs (SEN), Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, or childhood trauma.
