About the Role

Crown is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Care Representative to join our UK Service Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interpret customer requirements and process maintenance records onto our in-house ERP system.
  • Provide administrative support to our UK Fleet of Fork Lift Engineers, planning and dispatching engineers as required.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage a busy telephone and email service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the Customer Care team to achieve specific targets and service budgets.

Person Specification

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background, with experience in a similar role desirable. They will also possess excellent IT skills, with the ability to learn new procedures and work on their own initiative.
