Job Overview: As a Sales Associate within our estate agency team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional results and exceeding customer expectations. With your 12 months of experience in sales, you will bring a wealth of knowledge and skills to this position. Your key responsibilities will include registering buyers and vendors, identifying client requirements, arranging and carrying out viewings, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and successfully negotiating between vendors and buyers. In return, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package, including a basic pay of £20,000, an OTE of £30k+, a 5-day working week, 28 days holiday including bank holidays, and a support package to gain Propertymark NAEA/ARLA qualification. We estimate the total salary for this position to be around £32,000-£40,000 per annum.
