- Training and Coaching: Provide training and coaching to new and existing staff on best practices and customer service skills to ensure a high level of service delivery.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate the performance of the team, providing feedback and guidance to ensure continuous improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations, aligning with our company's goals and objectives.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on customer service metrics and trends to inform business decisions.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, communication, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a customer service executive or a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Strong leadership and management skills. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks. Positive and customer-oriented attitude.
