Financial Staffing Solutions is a leading provider of financial services, seeking a highly skilled Financial Administrator Apprentice to join our team.

Salary:

We are offering a competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description:

  • Provide exceptional accounting and administrative support to our team, ensuring seamless financial operations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including double-entry bookkeeping and invoicing.
  • Prepare monthly payroll for employees and manage credit control processes.
  • Produce timely and accurate financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
  • Offer secretarial services to support our CEO and Trustees.
  • Manage suppliers and tendering processes, ensuring efficient procurement.
  • Oversee the HR department, processing reference requests and DBS checks, maintaining company records.
  • Coordinate public communications processes, enhancing our organization's reputation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • AAT qualified or equivalent experience in accounting and administration.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using Sage accountancy tools and other relevant software.
