About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Financial Administrator Apprentice to join our team at Financial Staffing Solutions in Central London. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing the financial, administrative, and communications processes of our charitable organisation.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage double-entry bookkeeping, invoicing, and bank reconciliations
  • Prepare monthly payroll for employees
  • Credit control and debt management
  • Prepare and report monthly profit and loss statements and balance sheets, forecast annual budgets, and provide financial analysis and advice
  • Provide secretarial services to support our trustees and administrative support to our CEO and trustees
  • Manage suppliers and tendering process, maintain relationships with external partners
  • Oversee HR department, process reference requests, DBS checks, and maintain company records
  • Coordinate public communications process and manage stakeholder engagement

What We're Looking For:

  • High-calibre bookkeeper with experience using Sage accountancy tools
  • AAT qualified or equivalent
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and analytical skills

Salary: Estimated £28,000 - £30,000 per annum
