We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant / Chief of Staff to join our dynamic team in the heart of London. This exciting opportunity is with a prestigious private hedge fund, offering a unique chance to work at the forefront of financial operations.

As the Executive Assistant / Chief of Staff, you will play a crucial role in supporting our leadership team and ensuring the smooth operation of the firm. Your primary responsibilities will include recruiting and onboarding new employees, managing executive diaries, monitoring performance, and providing administrative support.

In addition to these key tasks, you will handle confidential information with discretion, coordinate events and travel arrangements, support HR functions, and foster a positive work environment.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Prior experience in HR, preferably in the financial services sector
  • Excellent English writing skills
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

You must have the right to work in the United Kingdom, and we offer a comprehensive benefits package including health and pension plans.

Salary: £42,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
