Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Private Client Director, including organizing meetings, prioritizing tasks, and managing client files.

  • Meetings Organization: Organize and diarise meetings on behalf of the Private Client Director.
  • Task Prioritization: Work with the Private Client Director to prioritize tasks and ensure timely completion.
  • Client File Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client information, including meeting notes and correspondence.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years' experience in a relevant administration role within the independent sector of the financial services industry.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent IT skills with a good working knowledge of Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Sufficient understanding of the needs of Financial Services teams, FCA rules, and compliances.

A relevant industry qualification will be an advantage, but is not essential.
