Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Romford, United Kingdom. As the first point of contact for customers, you will provide excellent service and resolve queries in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat queries from customers.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate when necessary.
  • Process customer orders and manage account information.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and follow-up tasks.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
