This includes sales, wastage %, wage ratio, staff retention, and average spend.

You will also be responsible for training, development, and performance management of staff, as well as stock inventory management. To be successful in this role, you must hold a full valid UK driving licence, have a minimum of 4 years experience in a Store Manager or Area Manager role, and have previous experience with food safety legislation.

We offer a competitive pay of £40,000 to £46,000 for the Area Manager role, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including a fully expensed electric company car, work laptop and phone, private healthcare cover, and a free meal provided every shift and 50% off all other food.
