Support Worker for Students with Disabilities

We are recruiting a PMLD Teaching Assistant to join our team at a Specialist Secondary School in Greenwich. The school provides a supportive environment for students with SLD or PMLD, focusing on their individual needs and abilities. As a PMLD Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher and other support staff to create a tailored learning plan for each student.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with children or adults with disabilities, demonstrating patience, understanding, and effective communication skills. You will assist with daily tasks, such as personal care, mobility support, and sensory play, while maintaining a safe and inclusive environment.
