We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Programme Manager to join our team at Ellie Mental Health - 119. As a key member of our programme management function, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of our mental health services across Devon.
Key Responsibilities- Take the lead in establishing and maintaining effective programme management controls to monitor and analyse performance and impact, identifying emerging needs, monitoring finance expenditure, agreed KPIs and project milestones, quality assurance, data protection and compliance across all areas of DMHA activity.
- Evidencing needs based on quantitative and qualitative feedback from a range of management systems within the DMHA and partner organisations to inform ongoing service development and business development activity.
- Responsible for driving continuous improvement activities and monitoring the execution of agreed improvement action plans.
- To take a lead on project managing identified DMHA Projects as required.
- To support all areas of DMHA programme management functionality as required, including deputising for the Programme Manager in identified forums.
- Develop and present performance reports for all identified projects (written, digital and verbal) for DMHA contract review meetings, ALT sub-groups and various System work groups.
- Budget monitoring; risk management etc.
- In partnership with the Alliance Clinical Psychologist support the Alliance Management Team by drafting approved quality guidance (case referral and management guidelines) for expectations of delivery including eligibility/identification, referral, assessment, intervention planning, exit planning, recording, data storage and security, reporting templates, safeguarding, performance and quality practice (inc auditing requirements for file dip sampling, practice observations, supervision, training and associated process and policy for safeguarding, complaints, risk, etc.)
- Take a lead on information governance for the Alliance, exploring opportunities to integrate management information systems inc Alliance partner MIS, NHS System1, DCCR, JOY App, etc.
- Take a lead on identified projects in terms of business development, marketing, sub-contracting and new service implementation as required to support programme activity.
- Undertake contract review meetings for sub-contracted services e.g. Attend and report into the quarterly Quality Assurance, Finance and Community Development sub-groups.
- Identifying and tracking overall risks, issues and actions and responsibility for driving them to resolution.
- Budget monitoring and management
- Serve as a DMHA representative at identified strategic and operational levels, effectively communicating successes, challenges and developments.
- Networking, managing and building relationships with new and key stakeholders to develop strategic relationships across Health, Social Care and VCSE systems.
