For over 60 years, the National Children's Bureau has been a leading voice for children's rights and well-being. We are seeking a Senior Programme Lead to join our team and drive our Diversity and Inclusion Programme forward.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about creating a more inclusive and equitable society. As a Senior Programme Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within our organisation.
You will work closely with our HR team to design and deliver training programmes, provide expert advice on diversity and inclusion, and identify opportunities for improvement. Your expertise will help us to create a workplace culture that values and celebrates diversity, and promotes equal opportunities for all.
