Receptionist (Evening) - University Partnerships Programme

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Receptionist to join our team at University Partnerships Programme, working evening shifts to provide exceptional customer service to our students and staff.
About the Role:
- Operate the Reception desk and switchboard, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for visitors and staff.
- Manage a computerised system controlling real-time helpdesk for reactive and planned maintenance work.
- Assist in recording planned and statutory maintenance, procurement of goods, and administration of invoices and personnel records.
- Liaise with the university client, sub-contractors, UPP staff, and residents to resolve queries and issues.
- Monitor out-of-hours access to the residence, ensuring compliance with fire, health & safety procedures, and residence instructions.
- Utilize a computer-based property management database to track maintenance works.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a customer-facing environment.
- Excellent communication and administration skills, with proficiency in databases and spreadsheets.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and occasional additional hours during peak periods.
