We are seeking a highly skilled Process Efficiency Improvement Professional to join our team at Morepeople 01780. This exciting role offers a challenging opportunity for someone with a strong technical background and excellent problem-solving skills to work with a variety of equipment and machinery in the bottling and packaging sector.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of improving process efficiency and quality, as well as providing expert support to production teams. With a focus on delivering exceptional results, this role requires someone who is proactive, flexible, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum + bonus (up to 20% personal and company-based) + overtime pay (1.5 x basic salary Mon-Sat, 2 x basic salary Sunday)

  • Improving process efficiency and quality
  • Providing expert technical support to production teams
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and quality

Requirements:

  • Engineering qualification
  • Experience working with bottling or packaging machinery and labellers
  • PLC experience
  • Fully qualified UK driver's license
