We are seeking an experienced IT Process Improvement Analyst to join our team at DGH Recruitment.
Job Summary:
As an IT Process Improvement Analyst, you will be responsible for improving IT processes and procedures to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
Main Responsibilities:
- Analyze and improve existing IT processes and procedures.
- Develop and implement new processes and procedures to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement.
- Conduct training sessions to educate staff on new processes and procedures.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of new processes and procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in IT process improvement.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role:
This is a permanent opportunity based in London, offering a salary of £63,000 per annum.
