In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and analysing operational inefficiencies and recommending effective solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to implement process improvements and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse business processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to drive organisational change.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication.

Experience Required:

  • Strong background in business analysis, process improvement, and requirements gathering.
  • Proficient in Microsoft and Salesforce applications.
  • Possess a passion for making a positive impact within the charity sector.

Salary: £43,000 per annum.
