Process Improvement Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Project Management Consultant to join our team and contribute to the successful delivery of Project Portfolio Management (PPM) solutions to our clients.
This role will involve working closely with clients to understand their project management needs, business processes, and challenges. You will be instrumental in ensuring our clients achieve their project management goals through our tools.

- We develop Project, Portfolio Management (PPM) software solutions for both private and public sector clients.
- Our innovative PPM software, PM3 enables clients to manage projects, portfolios, and resources more effectively, driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with clients to understand their project management needs, business processes, and challenges.
- Data Analysis: Analyse client data to identify trends, resource needs, and process inefficiencies.
- Solution Design: Develop detailed specifications for PM3 configurations, workflows, dashboards, and reporting solutions to meet client requirements.
- User Training & Support: Provide training materials and update end user Help articles, ensuring smooth rollouts and adoption of the PPM software.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between clients, internal Development team and the Consulting team to ensure project deliverables meet customer expectations.
Requirements and Qualifications
- A relevant Bachelor's degree.
- Experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in PPM, project management, or software industry.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of PPM software functionalities, PMO processes, project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall), and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
Estimated Salary: £58,000 - £68,000 per annum.
