Lead Complex Litigation Operations

Location: Leeds, Flexible working options available.

We're Lowell Financial Ltd, a leading provider of specialist debt litigation services. Our mission is to help customers become debt free. We're seeking a Strategic Litigation Operations Manager to join our team on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract to cover maternity leave.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operational performance and workloads of the Complex Litigation Teams.
  • Performance management and coaching of Team Leaders and Solicitors.
  • Monitor KPIs and SLAs, taking action to remedy negative trends.
  • Ensure all activity is delivered to the highest standards, adhering to regulatory principles.
  • Develop employees and line managers through motivation, leadership, coaching, and training.
