Bromford is seeking a highly skilled Income Collection Specialist to join its Income Management team. This is a critical role that requires a strong understanding of housing benefit and income collection processes.

The successful candidate will work closely with customers to identify solutions to their individual needs, including negotiating repayment arrangements. They will also provide guidance on housing benefit and income maximisation, drawing on their knowledge of housing benefit, universal credit, and welfare reform legislation.

To succeed in this role, you will require excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a consistent work ethic. A full driving licence and access to a vehicle are also essential.

We estimate the annual salary for this role to be £26,000 - £29,000, depending on experience. Our Income Management team operates in the Worcestershire and Herefordshire regions, covering Evesham, Pershore, Ross on Wye, and Leominster.
