About the Role

This is a telephone-based position where you will be interacting with customers and potential customers to provide assistance and support. Your duties will involve using a sophisticated telephone platform to direct calls to the relevant department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming customer enquiries and transfer calls to the correct department

Working Hours:

We have three working patterns available, which all include working until 7pm on a rota basis. Working on a Saturday from 9am – 3pm is also a requirement.
