Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our supply chain and procurement functions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive efficiency, cost savings, and compliance across our global operations.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead the development and execution of supply chain strategies to meet business objectives.
  2. Direct and manage a team of supply chain professionals to ensure smooth operations and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, leveraging lean principles and partnership-based models.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with global and local suppliers, ensuring performance and adherence to quality and service standards.
  5. Oversee demand forecasting, inventory management, and scheduling to meet market needs and regulatory timelines.
  6. Proactively identify and mitigate supply chain risks, ensuring appropriate inventory levels and just-in-time delivery.
  7. Manage and maintain compliance with pharmaceutical regulations, including GDP and cGMP standards.

Requirements
