Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of Supply Chain and Procurement to lead our global supply chain and procurement functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of supply chain strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage a team of supply chain and procurement professionals to ensure the effective execution of supply chain activities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth integration of newly acquired products and new partners into the business.
  • Monitor and manage global supply chain disruptions, identifying alternative sourcing solutions.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with global and local suppliers, ensuring performance and adherence to quality and service standards.
  • Oversee demand forecasting, inventory management, and scheduling to meet market needs and regulatory timelines.
  • Proactive risk management to ensure appropriate inventory levels, balancing just-in-time delivery with safety stock to prevent shortages.
  • Oversee the transportation, storage & pre-wholesaler partners, including cold chain logistics and hazardous material handling, adhering to GDP (Good Distribution Practices).
  • Prepare and manage the procurement and supply chain budget, providing regular reports and analysis on procurement performance, savings, and supply chain risk management.
