Business Development Director

Noatum Logistics, a global leader in freight forwarding, is seeking a seasoned Business Development Lead to drive the growth of our Contract Logistics business unit. As a key member of our Business Development Team, you will be responsible for creating and executing strategies to expand our client base, drive revenue growth, and build lasting partnerships.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement business development strategies to meet sales targets and increase market share.
- Identify, engage, and build relationships with potential clients, tailoring solutions to their needs.
- Negotiate and finalise contracts, ensuring terms align with company goals.
- Establish competitive pricing strategies to drive profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service execution and high client satisfaction.
- Provide insights through regular sales performance reporting using CRM and marketing tools.
- Represent Noatum at industry events to boost brand visibility and network with potential clients.
- Extensive experience in business development within contract logistics and global logistics.
- Proven track record in exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Expertise in supply chain management, warehouse management systems, and related technologies.
- Ability to develop innovative business solutions and deliver value to clients.
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen.
