Administrative Role at Pertemps Basingstoke

Pertemps Basingstoke is seeking an experienced Administrator to join their team. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for receiving and processing customer purchase orders, providing status updates, and communicating with customers via phone and email.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process customer purchase orders accurately and efficiently
  • Provide timely status updates to customers
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues
  • Liaise with the warehouse team to ensure timely customer deliveries
  • Provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of administration experience
  • Strong understanding of order processing
  • Basic accounts knowledge a plus
  • Proven interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Microsoft proficiency
What We Offer:
  • Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
  • Competitive salary range £23,000 - £25,000
  • Staff discount
  • 20 days holiday, rising 1 per completed year of service, plus bank holidays
