About the Role:
We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Executive to join our team at James George Recruitment Ltd. This exciting opportunity is based in the Scotland central belt region and will focus on both business development (70%) and account management of existing clients (30%).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop business in the South region, staying informed about customer needs and competitor activities.
- Conduct cold calls, both remotely and on-site, to identify new business opportunities.
- Organize site visits and meetings to build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to engage with key personnel in client organizations.
- Prepare customer quotes and collaborate with the senior Sales/Management team to implement the company's strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
- A full driving license is essential for this role.
- Customer-focused mindset with a strong work ethic.
- Proven ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Proficient in MS Office packages, including Excel and Word.
- Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills.
