Ribbons and Reeves Limited is seeking a highly motivated Specialist Mental Health Support Assistant to join their team in Barking & Dagenham. This role offers a unique opportunity for a Psychology Graduate to gain experience working with children with mental health issues.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing individual support to pupils who require additional help due to mental health problems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of child psychology and be able to create a comfortable environment for the pupils.

This full-time, term-time only position offers a competitive salary of £90-£100 per day, paid weekly on a PAYE basis. As an experienced educator, you will work closely with teachers to identify pupils who may be struggling mentally and provide tailored support to help them overcome their challenges.

To be considered for this role, you must have a 1:1 or 2:1 Psychology Degree from a leading UK University and prior experience working within SEN or SEMH settings. If you are passionate about supporting vulnerable children and have a keen interest in child psychology, we encourage you to apply.
