Mental Health Support Worker

Are you a recent Psychology Graduate looking to gain experience working in a secondary School setting as a Mental Health Support Worker? Ribbons & Reeves are currently seeking an SEMH Teaching Assistant to join their Outstanding SEN team. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to make a real difference in the lives of children with Mental Health issues and additional support needs.
This role will involve working on a 1-1 basis with children, helping them feel comfortable in their environment and supporting Teachers to identify those who might be struggling mentally. To be successful, you must have a strong background in Psychology, either from a leading UK University or through prior experience within SEN or SEMH settings.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, patience, and a genuine desire to help others. As a valued member of the team, you will receive full training and support to ensure your success in this rewarding role.
We estimate that the salary for this position will be around £90-100 per day (inclusive of holiday pay), paid weekly on a PAYE basis.
