Ribbons & Reeves Limited is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Graduate SEMH Teaching Assistant to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience working with children who have mental health problems in a supportive secondary school setting.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, patience, and a willingness to learn. As a SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to create a safe and inclusive environment for students.

This is a fantastic opportunity for recent Psychology Graduates looking to pursue a career in education. The role provides a comprehensive training program and the chance to develop essential skills in child development, behavior management, and teamwork.

Key responsibilities include supporting students with mental health needs, assisting with lesson planning and delivery, and maintaining accurate records of student progress.

You will also be responsible for contributing to the creation of a positive and engaging learning environment, promoting social skills, and fostering relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
