Mental Health Support Specialist

Reeson Education is recruiting a SEMS support worker for a school in Barking and Dagenham.
This is a long-term opportunity that offers the chance to work with a small class of students who require additional support.
You will be working closely with the teacher to deliver lesson objectives and provide pastoral care to students.
- Risk assessing situations and following instructions
- Building relationships with students and staff
- Providing emotional support and guidance
The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with SEN and mental health needs. They will also have excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum
