HR Business Partner Opportunity

Maximum ManagementFrazer Jones USA is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

This role has arisen due to internal changes requiring someone with expertise in change, transformation, and M&A from a Business Partner perspective. The ideal candidate will have a background in HR and experience working on restructuring programs.

The company offers a hybrid working pattern with three days in the office and two from home, providing a great work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR support to the business, focusing on change management and transformation.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to drive business objectives.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support business growth.
  • Manage restructuring programs and ensure a smooth transition.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a financially regulated environment.
  • Background in change management, transformation, and M&A.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
