We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Complaints Co-Ordinator to join our EMEA team at our office in Egham, Surrey. As a key member of our quality team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance across our operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the Corrective Actions system (CAR and SCAR) to identify and address quality issues
- Research and analyze quality data to identify root causes of problems and develop effective reporting
- Maintain and update process diagrams and quality systems to ensure compliance with certification standards (ISO 9001, AS9120, ISO 14001)
- Assist in researching and preparing reports on product compliance issues (WEEE, REACH, Battery Regulations, Conflict Minerals, ROHS)
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
- Education to degree or diploma standard with knowledge of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001) and Environmental Management Systems
- Ability to analyze and present quality and environmental data in a professional manner
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills to ensure sustained operations
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with suppliers
- High level of logical and analytical ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
