About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Analytics Manager to join our team at Harnham. As a key member of our Digital team, you will be responsible for leading our analytics efforts and driving business growth through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of Digital Analysts and provide guidance on analytics best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Digital Marketing, Product, UX/UI, and Product Owners, to drive business outcomes
  • Develop and implement data visualisation strategies using Power BI
  • Design and execute SQL queries to extract insights from large datasets
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest analytics tools and technologies, including IBM, Coremetrics, Google Analytics, and Adobe Analytics
Requirements
  • Proven experience in digital analytics, with a strong understanding of data visualisation and SQL
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive business outcomes through data-driven insights
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
