About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Harnham - Data & Analytics Recruitment as a Digital Analytics Manager, where you will be responsible for leading a team of Digital Analysts and working closely with various stakeholders across Digital Marketing, Product, UX/UI, and Product Owners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of 2 Digital Analysts and provide guidance on data-driven insights
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive effective insights and inform business decisions
  • Develop and maintain data visualisation skills using Power BI
  • Utilise SQL knowledge to perform basic queries and drive data analysis
  • Engage with key stakeholders at all levels to drive business outcomes
  • Present data insights to stakeholders and manage timelines and expectations

Requirements

  • Experience with Adobe Analytics (or Google Analytics) and data visualisation tools
  • Strong SQL skills and ability to perform basic queries
  • Previous team management experience and ability to lead a team
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
