About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Analytics Director to join our team at Harnham. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our digital analytics efforts and driving business growth through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of digital analysts and provide guidance on data analysis and visualization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including digital marketing, product, and UX/UI, to develop and implement data-driven strategies
  • Develop and maintain data visualizations using Power BI and other tools
  • Design and implement data tracking and tagging solutions using IBM, Google Analytics, and other tools
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital analytics
Requirements
  • Proven experience in digital analytics leadership and management
  • Strong technical skills in data analysis, visualization, and tracking
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
