Job Description

At Sphere Digital Recruitment, we're seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our AI Martech division, you'll be responsible for driving success for our most important customers. Your primary goal will be to help businesses unlock the full potential of our innovative solutions, while staying at the forefront of AI-driven advancements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maximise the business impact of our AI solutions, guiding customers through the capabilities and benefits.
  • Manage a portfolio of customers, collaborating closely with our leadership to execute strategic initiatives that lead to measurable success.
  • Own customer interactions, ensuring value is consistently delivered at every stage of the journey.
  • Drive onboarding processes for new clients, conducting informative sessions that set them up for success.
  • Advocate on behalf of your clients internally, ensuring their feedback influences Product, Engineering, and Sales teams.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for growth, manage client renewals, and forecast with accuracy.

About You
  • 3 years + of experience in Customer Success.
  • A proven track record working with major retailers and eCommerce businesses.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with senior-level stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, with a strong focus on leveraging data to drive client results.
  • You're passionate about new technology and thrive in an environment focused on innovation.
  • A proactive problem-solver, with the ability to anticipate risks and reduce churn.
