About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our team at Great Scotland Yard Hotel - The Unbound Collection by Hyatt. As a Head Waiter/Waitress, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and providing attentive service in our restaurants and bars.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide warm and welcoming hospitality to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • To work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of service and quality
  • To be knowledgeable about menu offerings, beverages, and promotions
  • To handle cash and operate a point of sale system accurately
  • To maintain a clean and safe working environment

  • A competitive salary of £26,250 per annum, plus a service charge of up to £600 per month
