Job Description: Executive Support Specialist

We are proud to be working exclusively with Bauder, an award-winning manufacturer of building construction materials for flat roofs. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, able to work with minimal supervision, and will demonstrate strong project management expertise to support initiatives through to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for the Managing Directors, managing their office operations in their absence.
  2. Coordinate all travel and accommodation arrangements with forward-thinking efficiency.
  3. Lead and support company projects from inception through to completion, assisting the Managing Directors with project delivery.
  4. Maintain effective communication channels with internal and external partners, including Bauder Germany and other business units.
  5. Handle the arrangement of meetings, booking of travel, and other logistics for the Managing Directors as needed.

Requirements:

  1. At least 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant at the Executive or Director level.
  2. Strong experience in office management, with excellent planning and organisational skills.
  3. A proactive approach to managing workloads, with minimal supervision.
  4. Experience in building relationships at a senior level, with the ability to inspire trust and maintain confidentiality.
  5. Strong project management skills, with relevant qualifications.
