About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Psychologist to join our Wellbeing Matters Team, providing specialist support and guidance to staff members. This is a part-time position, available at either Band 7 or 8a.

Job Responsibilities
  • Support the development and delivery of our Specialist Psychological Staff Support Service.
  • Provide specialist assessment, formulation, and interventions to individual staff, teams, and managers.
  • Direct and supervise junior staff, and take an active participation in clinical quality assurance and learning programmes.
  • Communicate complex information and advice to staff members and other professionals.
Key Requirements
  • Doctoral qualification in clinical psychology (or equivalent) and HCPC registration.
  • Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.

Compensation
