Responsibilities and Requirements:

  2. To support students aged 5-11 with challenging behaviour, helping them engage positively with school life.">
  3. To use your sports and coaching background to provide structure and motivation, encouraging teamwork and discipline.">
  4. To assist teachers in developing tailored behaviour strategies for individual students.">
  5. To act as a positive role model, offering guidance and building trust with students in need of additional support.">
  6. A bachelor's degree from a top 50 UK University.">
  7. Experience in a school setting or with child-centred activities is essential.">
  8. An Enhanced Child DBS is required to interview for this role.">
