  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded through proactive engagement and effective communication.
  • Understand and deliver against customer contractual obligations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and compliance.
  • Support the development and implementation of account plans, driving business growth and customer loyalty.
  • Act as a key interface between internal functions and customers, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Utilize data to inform business decisions, driving objective-based outcomes and customer-centric solutions.
  • Manage customer audits, ensuring seamless collaboration with internal teams and effective issue resolution.
  • Ensure timely inventory management and communication with customers, driving burn-off and write-off strategies as needed.
  • Investigate and respond to customer complaints and incidents, ensuring timely resolution and service recovery.
  • Collaborate with senior account managers to coordinate trials, capturing action points and driving corrective action plans.
  • Oversee performance data capture, flagging trends to process owners and customer and product directors.
Requirements
  • Strong airline industry experience or relevant industry experience in catering, logistics, retail, hospitality, or operations.
  • Demonstrable account management and customer services experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong customer and group company relationships.
  • Strong presentation and team leadership skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Basic food safety and hygiene understanding, with the ability to think strategically and commercially.
  • Strong analytical and numeracy skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Process-driven and comfortable with complex data requirements, with developing skills in forward planning and project management.
  • Effective communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
