Key Accountabilities

  • Develop and implement account plans to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and products.
  • Monitor and analyze customer performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Communicate customer feedback and concerns to senior management and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer complaints and issues.

Requirements

  • Strong airline industry experience or relevant industry experience in catering, logistics, retail, hospitality, or operations.
  • Demonstrable account management and customer service experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and commercially.
  • Strong analytical and numeracy skills.
  • Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
