Child Psychology Support Worker

Are you a motivated individual looking for your first step into mental health support? We are seeking a Child Psychology Support Worker to join our team at Academics Ltd in Wokingham.
About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for a graduate with a passion for working with children. You will be supporting pupils with SEMH, SEN, ASD, and ADHD in a primary school setting. Your duties will include:
- Supporting children's behavior for learning in the classroom
- Helping children understand teacher instructions
- Working one-to-one or in small groups with learners who require additional support
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, patience, and resilience when working with children with complex needs. In return, you will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support from our experienced team.
We estimate that this role comes with a salary of around £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience.
