About the Role

The Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Child Psychologist to join our Paediatric Psychology Service.

As a Senior Clinical Psychologist, you will take on a pivotal role in providing specialist psychological assessments and interventions to children and young people with diabetes.

You will work closely with our multidisciplinary diabetes team to provide high-quality care and support to our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide specialist psychological assessments and interventions to children and young people with diabetes.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to support the mental health and well-being of our patients.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary diabetes team to provide high-quality care and support.
  • Supervise and train junior psychologists and contribute to the development of our service.
  • Participate in service development and quality improvement initiatives.
