About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Wastewater Management Specialist to join our team at Invictus Group, based in Canary Wharf. As a key member of our water management team, you will be responsible for overseeing wastewater maintenance tasks across our large office building.

  1. Daily Monitoring and Maintenance:
    1. Conduct daily checks on wastewater systems, including flow rate measurements, in designated buildings.
    2. Identify and record any signs of irregularities or issues in wastewater quality, pressure, or equipment function.
    3. Prepare tools, equipment, and work areas for technical staff, assisting with tasks under supervision.
  2. Upkeep of Plant and Work Areas:
    1. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in plant rooms, workshops, and storage areas.
    2. Properly dispose of waste materials and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  3. Weekly/Monthly Compliance Tasks:
    1. Perform routine tasks such as flushing unused outlets, descaling fixtures, and recording wastewater temperature data.
    2. Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines related to wastewater system hygiene and safety.
  4. Failsafe Testing and TMV Servicing:
    1. Undertake tests to confirm TMVs are functioning correctly to prevent scalding and bacterial growth.
    2. Service TMVs as instructed, including cleaning and calibrating to ensure safe wastewater temperatures.

About You:

  • Proven experience in a similar water management role.
  • Knowledge of Legionella & Water PPM in commercial environments.
  • Excellent communication skills.
